Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Crewmate (the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service except as part of a coordinated security program.
- Use the Service to violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Provide false or misleading information when creating an account or workspace.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You authorise us to charge your payment method for all fees due. If your payment fails, we may suspend or downgrade your workspace.
Content and ownership
You retain all rights to the content you and your team submit to the Service. You grant us a limited licence to host, store, and process that content solely to provide the Service. The Service itself, including its design and code, remains our property.
AI features
Crewmate uses third-party large language models to power its AI workers. Output may be incorrect, inconsistent, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it for decisions that affect your business, users, or others.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. On termination, your access ends; we may delete your data after a reasonable wind-down period.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
